Tokyo branch opened in 2004, then moved and upsized in 2008, shifting the orientation toward wider range of the artists. It was the same year that the main gallery in Osaka moved to Kyoto. Kyoto space has two exhibition spaces, 400sq meters each, making Kodama Gallery possible to hold the largest gallery space in Japan.
