Yasuo Kiyonaga’s commemorative exhibition of a travel book “A journey of post stations” is held at Artisan Japanesque 1F “Tsuki” From Wed., Sept 13 to Sun.,Oct 15 2017.

Starting from the history of the opening of the Edo shogunate, many post stations are scattered about major transportation routes connecting various places of Japan. Nowadays there are places that are touristized very well and places that are kept with natural atomosphere. As a publication commemoration, we will exhibit and sell the landscape photographs of the towns and the book.

Born in Kagawa, Japan, in 1948


Member of the Japan Professional Photographers Society (JPS)and the Photographic Society of Japan (PSJ) Principal of Photo Gallery Artisan

Has published many photography books such as “Paris Sketch”, “Japanese Beautiful Landscapes”, “Spirit of Forest”, “Afterglow of Ancient Towns”, “Leslie” among others.
